7) PCS Business Systems reserves the right to charge additional fees or fees for work performed outside the standard contract/service contract. 24) PCS Business Systems reserves the right to suspend the support/services listed in this Agreement as long as the Customer is in late payment or any other obligation that is part of this Agreement. 6) Payment of contracts/service contracts is made in accordance with the terms agreed with the PCS Business Systems Finance team. 16) The client is committed to ensuring that appropriate cybersecurity/information training, processes and policies are available. 13) The customer ensures that the appropriate anti-virus and anti-spam services are fully installed on their entire system. 5) Any detailed pre-work under stoppage or computer health check provisions are not refundable. 8) PCS Business Systems reserves the right to charge a cancellation/termination fee up to a maximum of 35% of the contract value for each contract. 9) The termination/rescission of the contract must be submitted in writing by both parties with a period of at least thirty (30) days. 27) The customer accepts that PCS Business Systems cannot support devices or systems that use incompatible, damaged, defective or unsealed accessories or products.
