12.14. Entire Agreement. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this EULA and supersedes all prior or concomrent communications, understandings or agreements (whether written or oral). Once the covered code has been released under a specific version of the license, you can continue to use it at any time under the terms of that release. A “library” means a collection of software functions and/or data that are prepared in such a way that they can be easily linked to application programs (which use some of these functions and data) to form executable files. “Library” hereinafter means such software library or work distributed under these Terms. A “library work” means either the library or a derivative work under copyright, i.e. a work that contains the library or part of it, either verbatim or with modifications and/or directly translated into another language.
